Plot: The world of a compulsively neat investigator is turned upside down when he's forced to team up with the only witness to a crime-a drooling junkyard dog who wrecks his home, career, and budding romance. An uptight police officer's life is turned upside down by a huge, drooling dog in this light weight comedy. The best thing about this film is Hooch (Beasley), who police officer Scott Turner (Hanks) is forced to take in as he is the only witness to a murder. Anal- retentive Turner's life is destroyed and enriched by his new best friend. This one is fun for the kids. Who couldn't love a face like that.. |
